If you are planning a trip to Kuala Lumpur, then it is essential for you to visit the most famous landmarks and attractions of this magnificent city. Skyscrapers, ancient caves, and exciting theme parks will suit the likes of any tourist!

1. KLCC Twin Towers - Malaysia’s main landmark happens to be none other than the Petronas Twin Towers. Majority of the tourists arriving to Kuala Lumpur seek to take photos at the background of the Petronas skyscrapers, and then visit the observation deck of the towers and take photos of the city from the 86th floor.

2. Menara KL Tower - The Menara telecommunication tower is ranked seventh among the world's highest telecommunications facilities. The observation deck is located at the height of 276 metres with a 360 degree view, so a breathtaking view and amazing photos are guaranteed. A revolving restaurant is located above the observation deck, which serves excellent first-class cuisine and dining experience, accompanied by a wonderful view of the city.

3. Aquaria KLCC - Those who love aquatic life must definitely visit this oceanarium, that contains over 5,000 tropical fish. In addition to viewing the incredible species of aquatic creatures, a variety of entertaining programs are offered at Aquaria KLCC - fish feeding, swimming with sharks, fish massage, etc.

4. Batu Caves - Batu Caves is an ancient Hindu shrine that gathers thousands of people during the annual Thaipusam festival. A 43-meter gold-plated statue of Lord Murugan is located at the foot of Batu Caves, and is ranked as the second tallest statue of a Hindu deity in the world. Batu Caves is known for its long stairway to the Temple Cave, which consists of 272 steps. Striking in its beauty, this natural creation, refined by man, surely brings a memorable impression upon all its visitors.

5. Sunway Lagoon - A large theme park, consisting of various attraction zones, will definitely guarantee an entertaining experience for children and adults alike! The Water Park has a large artificial “Surf Beach”, as well as one of the world’s largest water rides! In the Wildlife Park, you may not only observe and learn about over 150 different species of animals, but also interact with them! If you prefer the rush of adrenaline, you may visit the Extreme Park, or the Scream Park, where, with the help of special effects, professional actors, and gruesome makeup, you’ll be in for a truly spine-chilling and terrifying experience!

6. Putrajaya - Serving as the federal administrative center of Malaysia, Putrajaya is also known as “The City of The Future.” This unique city was built by Malaysia’s government with an objective to make it the country’s capital in the future. Putrajaya is known for its cleanliness and fascinating architecture, which fuses modern structures with an ancient Islamic design. Putrajaya’s primary landmark is Perdana Putra, an incredibly beautiful building, which houses the office complex of the Prime Minister of Malaysia. A lake is located nearby, which offers visitors boat rides.
