Lok Kawi Wildlife Park is the city zoo, home to more than 100 species of mammals, various primates, tropical animals, reptiles and birds. It is family-oriented and especially appealing to children. Wildlife on display includes pygmy elephants, rhinoceroses, sun bears, orangutans, proboscis monkeys, Malayan tigers, ostriches, several species of deer, crocodiles, turtles and many other animals.
